- Computers and Printers: Computers and printers for public use are available in the Children’s room, The Underground, and Adult & Information Services.
- Wi-Fi Internet Access: Public Wi-Fi is available and free throughout the building.
- Wi-Fi Printing: You can print from your mobile device by utilizing our Wi-Fi printing capability throughout the building.
- Fax Machine: A fax machine is available for public use.
- Photocopying: Photocopying services are available for patrons.
- Meeting Rooms: Cold Spring Harbor Library meeting rooms are available to not-for-profits for programs consistent with the Library’s mission at no charge. Meeting rooms may also be available for business use for a fee as set forth in our meeting room policy. Please read our meeting room policy before applying.
- Reserves: Materials may be placed on reserve. See My Account for more information.
- Interlibrary Loan: Materials may be obtained via Interlibrary Loan from other libraries in Suffolk County and beyond.
- Extended Vacation Loans: Material due dates may be extended for vacations. Contact the Circulation Department for details.
- Book Donations: Accepted from Cold Spring Harbor residents only, no more than 20 at a time, no encyclopedias, must be in good condition.
- Homebound Library Materials Delivery: Call for more information about this library program.
- Literacy Suffolk: Improve your English literacy skills.
- VHS conversion: Convert VHS cassettes to DVDs. Call for appointments.
- Craft Room: A craft room for library sponsored programs is located in the Children’s Department.
- Maker Space: Located in the Underground.
